Hi I m suffering from backpain since last 1 n half year only while sleeping I get relief in 15 mins after wake up. Please suggest me something.

You need to strengthen your spinal muscles and for strengthening exercises can be learned from neuro physiotherapist at present for your pain do take ift and laser therapy for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each time from neuro physiotherapist use firm even and hard mattress for sleep
