Mu daughter is of 13 months I want to increase her weight. Her diet includes hone made cerelac of poha and mahana in water and also oats cerelac. Roti one egg per day suji kheer some time. She take only my feed she dnt drink bottle milk what to do.

Hi, Include a fruit mashed well per day like Banana, Chickoo, Mango etc. Nuts powder about a tsp can be added to Porridge. A Date or dried fig can be soaked overnight and be added to porridges as a natural sweetener. Avoid using Oats as its a packaged food and very high on fiber so may not allow the weight to increase. Add a tsp of cow,s ghee in her diet.
