Hello I am 17 year boy. My height is 5.6 ft and weight is 42 kg. I am very skinny from my young age. I am very unconfident due to very skinny as baby shaming is quiet common. My question is can I join gym and do weight training to gain some muscles. I have recently started a diet in calorie surplus.

Yes you can go to gym and start with weight training but make sure you eat well and give good rest to your body to gain weight. Add ashwagandha to your diet or supplements to have a safe weight gain.
