Hello I am 21 years old. I am having a severe back pain when ever I lift more than 5-10 kgs I tried normal pain killers like aceclo fenac, diclo fenac even tramadol But I get relif whenever I massage that area So kindly please help me to overcome this problem.

Hello lybrate user, - better to avoid heavy lifting, but if it is related to your profession or work then need to take the rest in between the work - do adopt some back exercises with relaxes your muscles and joints - do apply some medicated oils like sahacharadi taila or ksheerabala taila instead of plane liniments bcz oils not only relive the pain but also strengthen your joints and muscles thank you.
