Hey! i'm stressing over a situation from last 2 months and i've nothing to clear my doubt and also it's connected with my past I can't share this with anyone so i'd a pressure of my past due to this situation now i'm suffering from low bp problem my bp always remains less that 90/60 and i'm not able to feel relax and calm in any time of the day. I got complete negative thoughts and anxiety kinda situation but at present time I reveled all the past related problems with my bf but still and not feeling good I unexpectedly starts crying and having all day bad mood I feel fear and anxious while i've to go outside the door I don't like to deal with people I get no excitement over anything even when me and my partner starts intimated conversation I get no feeling no emotion.
