Sir, good day. Hope you are doing well. Tejas joshi here, would like to brief you. I felt a choke by december beginning I tried steam and other thing for that and later some particle came out with red tissues. Later blood started coming out in cough. Later in endoscopy report show as "grade 1 esophagitis with lax hiatus" and now the blood particles are coming out in mucus from nose. Can you pls check and help, and pls let me know what does endoscopy report means. From last 2 days I am having stomach pain and have lost approx 6 kg in 2 months.
