I am not able to sleep for more than 5-6 hours on a continuous stretch. I stopped napping, eating food 2 hours before bed and a proper schedule and started working out intensely to get tired but still doesn't work. Should I do something about it or is it normal?

Sleep disorder could be due to anxiety, depression, change in place, illumination, late meal, late evening heavy exercise, acid reflux, alcohol, smoking. - have a complete check up from a physician for clinical cause if any. Follow sleep hygiene - retire only when sleepy, regular timing to retire, use bed only for sleep, exercise early in the day, warm water bath in evening, follow mind relaxation techniques. Depending on each individual sleep duration is 5 - 8 hours. If nothing works you may take small dose sleeping pills for a short duration under supervision of your local doctor.
