My son says he is severely depressed but refuses to see a doctor. He has been to a psychiatrist once andwas taking some medication but stopped nowhow do we get him to a specialist?

More than the doctors you would be the best person to identify his cause of depression, talk to him, more as a friend than as a parent, let him do activities which he enjoys, any fruit to be born on a tree requires, patience care love and support from the gardener, children may not ask for help, but you have to be there to give him, share your experiences, if required take help of a councellor.
