Give semisolid and solid foods, not to be very diluted, don't make her lie down/ sleep at least for 20 mins after feeds, feed in an upright position.

Eosinophil count can increase because of worms / allergy, deworm him, maybe repeat a count after 15 days.

Get basic investigations done urine routine, usg abdomen, xray spine to rule out any underlying problems.

Get her urine tested in a nearby laboratory, try to avoid autside food, if it could be freshly and cleanly prepared would be better, can give curd rice.

Weight is very low, might be having associated swallowing problems, needs a thorough evaluation for her failure to gain weight.
