I am a 64 years male. Having diabetes, cad, hypertension. Take insulin twice. Last night I woke up around 1 am and went to bathroom. While peeing in standing position, I felt my legs are suddenly becoming weak, my chest is about to cave in, I was trembling and felt that I am about to collapse. Some how I got back to my bedroom and took little sugar thinking that it might be a case of hypoglycemia. I called my wife and told her to give me some sweets. Meanwhile I took the reading of my freestyle libre sensor and found my sugar level at 137. Then I measured my pressure and it was 139/76. After a few moments, the discomfort disappeared. I am wandering what might have happened to me. Is it mild stoke? Is there any test that can indicate what might have happened. Please suggest.
