Hi, to increase weight with muscle on your body, you have to do exercises along with appropriate diet. Start with exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, running, swimming, cycling and yoga. Then after gaining muscle strength you can go for weight training. Also take high protein diet like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams, legumes, broccoli. For diet chart you can revert back.
