Drink double the quantity of water of what you are taking now.. at least take 3 litres a day in hot season. Eat food with lot of fibres...supplement rice with whole wheat chapatis Go for early morning workouts..jogging etc. Take it lightly...more you are obsessed with bowel movement....more obstinate it will become. At the end...if you see no improvement...seek medicinal advice.
