My lipid profile. Total cholesterol 218, hdl 64, ldl 129, vldl 24.2 and non-hdl 154 is this ok? If not, then can we lower down thru lifestyle and food intake? Pl. Advice.

No, it is not okay. Lifestyle and dietary modification will certainly help in lowering cholesterol levels but often they are not able to lower the levels to recommended levels.
