I have pain on my back since I have joined bpo. I need some medications and exercises too. Please help me sir I need to know any ointment too.

Do stretching exercise of both limbs and heat fermentation twice a day avoid long sitting and toward bending.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.
