My foot ankle broken 8-10 years these time I treated my foot ankle but within past 6 months my ankle pains what can I do for permanent relief.

Avoid strain and long sitting tk hot and cold pack for 20 minutes. And do start calf stretching exercise and ankle strength exercise in gradually process.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
