I am 21 year old my weight is 64 and my height is apprpx 5.6. But my legs and my toe is thin compared to all over my body. What can I do to grow muscle on my legs?

Hye. Thank you for your query. You cannot target one body part but you can try to do singular exercises in your workout routine. Working out your legs, thighs and calves will help improve muscle mass and make your legs look more toned.
