Frequent anger outbursts and inability to control them can be a part of underlying personality problems, impulse control disorders or mood disorders. This can also occur due to hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiency. If these problems have became frequent and are persistent for more than 2 weeks then you should not hesitate to consult a psychiatrist for treatment and counselling.
