Hello, I need to find out about using Creatine. I have been lifting weights since almost 10 years now with a lot of breaks in between and have never been able to build some quality muscle. My goal is to build a good physique and stay fit. I am a vegetarian and have very recently started eating eggs. I have been reading about Creatine over the internet in the last few days. Creatine seems to be a good source of supplement to build muscle and increase strength. As such, did not read any harmful effects on the usage of Creatine. Can someone here help me with some guidance of using Creatine? Thanks!
