My serum cholesterol is 210 vitamin d3 60 serum est 20 I use to smoke ganja 6 to 8 cigarette per day, I am trying to leave this habit but still unable to do that. Please advice me (food & work out) tips for good health.

First of all just give up smoking, try this: when you inhale cigarette smoke just witness and observe smoke filling your lungs going down filling you your body going deep in you then while exhaling witness and observe smoke coming out from where ever possible places deep in your body it went and coming out from your mouth just be witness to it and observe then a whack that what you are witnessing and observing to. A lethal smoke! you were unable to see, unable witness the damage it caused to lungs, the cancer causing chemicals it left in your body, lungs, carcinogens in your body. So dear better leave it, life is beautiful! you wont get chance to renew, its single entry. Try using (homeo) go tox, use as directed on pack. Can consult me privately for detailed treatment.
