Hello I am 34 years and I am suffering from obesity from last so many years recently I had a c-section just 10 months back and I have gained more weight. I joined gym for 2 months but it couldn't helped me anyways but to loose some gms. I am frustrated. I want to loose and my weight related me back pain heel pain, restless to do work frequently. Kindly help me out so that I could loose some kgs instantly.

Hi lybrate user, first of all I would like to tell you don't be disappointed, some times it takes time. Try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like.
