I am 40 years old. My hand fingers gets numbed whenever climate changes from hot to cold and my feet fingers also feel not good and my breathing is getting difficult sometimes I feel very low in health and I feel that I am losing my energy and feel that I am unable to do lots of work I feel pain in joints as well. I am taking calcium and vitamin d3 daily but unable to manage the low energy situation I used to take fruits in the morning and afternoon with curd and chapati and spicy and in night little light dinner I used to have pls help in medication or tests if required.
