I am facing a problem of delayed ejaculation and at time I end up without ejaculation even after a long sex session. My wife is concerned and this is taking toll on our sex life.

The medicine you are taking" rexipra" is an ssri which canalso delay ejaculation by retrograde ejaculation. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for replacement of the said medicine with an alternative and add some anxiolytic as an add on.
Also consider consulting a psychiatrist with your spouse for couple counselling and sex therapy.
