Hello I am twenty and I have gained a lot of weight after getting physically involved with my boyfriend kindly help me out with some home remedies to lose weight and get my body in shape.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
