Am rahul age 25 height 5.6 and weight 62 from past 15 days am suffering from dizziness and. Stomach bloating and gas. But no pain I don?t have pain of stomach. Am using dsr for my stomach and. From past 2 days am using. Vertex 16 tablet today I have loss of appetite and feeling. Nausea. 2 days back I have throat pain now it?s ok. But present I have nausea and stomach tightness.

emset 4 md put under toung it dissolves with saliva wait for 30 min nothing by mouth till 30 min. for nausea. ulgel liquid 10 ML without water after breakfast lunch and dinner. pan d one in empty stomach for ten days.
