Subrata dey, 34, I got fistula operation 2 month ago now fistula cure, I have mild constipation and bloating and 3 bowel movement in a day, I take lot of antibiotics, probiotics, gas medicine, but not cured, please give me a suggestion.

Do not antibiotics and probiotics only diet measure is mainstay frist avoid junk food 2nd use low protein and high fibre diet added fruits 100gm per day 3rd regular walking and excercise thats enough.

Just take figs. Soak 3-5 figs in 1 glass water at night drink that water empty stomach and eat figs. After principal meal 1 tsp trifala powder. Morning walk.
