Hi. I am 31 year old female, I have been breastfeeding my baby from past 2 years. Yesterday I noticed a pea sized lump in my right breast, it is not painful and a bit hard. When I squeeze it a drop of clear liquid came out. I'm scared. I hope it's not serious.

Hello welcome to Lybrate as per your condition there is not any serious and it will be subsite it self. Keep watching monthly, if its increased or any findings of shape changes about breast or nipples then you should have to concern. Else you have to wait and watch. Not to worry. Although for your satisfaction you can do mammography. Regards
