I was going to gym 1year back only 3months my weight was 65 but now I am stopped going to gym my weight is 57 only I am going to very weak now what can I do get my weight please give some tips and suggestions.

You must take alfafa tonic thrice a day two spoons each time fir one month and add banana shake, grapes juice, mango shake in your diet daily for one month. You should go for walk daily atleast three to four km's.
