Hello Dr. I am a 29 year old working girl I am suffering from pain and gas problem after having anything spicy food. My appetite is good. I am always hungry, if I get 15 min late in having a meal my stomach starts burning and it literally pains me alott. Im not gaining weight also. I have this problem since 5 years. I usually take digene or rantac for temporary relief. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine robinia q (5 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *drink lot of water. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid fried and spicy food. *tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *avoid stress and it should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.
