My age is 42 and recently in a test for b12 using serum b12 test it is found that I have 904 pg/ml, in that report maximum value mentioned was 911 pg/ml what are the consequences of it and how to reduce it.

High b12 nothing to worry. You can stop vitamin tablets if you are taking. If you are nonvegetarian you can consume less.
