Hi doctors, some time suddenly I feels so unpleasant discomfort, which I cannot explain exactly in words but feels discomfort internal at that time what I feels mainly a something strange sensation discomfort at head (brain) and and heart. Suddenly discomfort start and I feels im going to losing control from myself and start feels electric shock sensation and that spread head to heart and I feels my heart is going to over beat and feels electric shock sensation and heavy in heart and spread to whole body, I feels like i'm going to be unconscious soon and my body will paralysis. Because of these type of fearful discomfort I feels something will happen to me and my body stopped works normally and feels shaking and comes so much sweat. At that time I feels totally confusion and dizziness and cannot talk properly. My vision becomes so strange, this discomfort remain for 5 minute and later I start to feel better. Now i'm currently taking seizure medicine clobazam 2.5 mg -5 mg and lacosamide 100 mg -150 mg morning /night. Some time ago I had decreased 2.5 mg clobazam and after week I started to feel so much weakness and unable to do anything daily activities and again started to take 2.5 mg, after stopped clobazam 2.5 mg I had been feeling so much discomfort and weakness dizziness. Do not know what is happen to me me time. Whatever I have explained above I have felt 3 time since last year to now.(note:- and 2 year ago same matching difficulty I used felt when I used to take anxiety medicines like sertraline, paroxetine but nowadays I don't take at that time anxiety was misdiagnose by doctor and quit medicine.)

Ssri (sertraline, fluoxetine, paroxetine etc) can cause some electric sensation in the head/brain called 'brain zaps' it is especially when you suddenly discontinue the medication.
