What is your vit d3 level in blood. What type of exercise you do -- beginner, moderate, or heavy power lifting .all this will be calculated what amount of calories and vitamins extra you require which is not being fulfilled by your daily diet. Start with a litre of full cream milk and 6 banana and 6 eggs daily to overcome the calories you burn in workouts. And you will not be requiring any synthetic source of vitamins. Get back to me after 2 weeks.
