I have been on antidepressants since 8 years. The medicines have been changed timely throughout. Currently taking fluvoxin 100 mg, mirnite 15 mg, ativan 1 mg, feliz s 10 -1 mg and mds xr 50 mg. My weight has gained tremendously. Currently am 115 kg. My appetite has increased. I want a weight reducing antidepressant. Am suffering due to my obesity.

Madam please speak to your psychiatrist regarding it the change in treatment will only be possible after complete history and responce to type medicines in past however, you can also ask him to prescribe you safe weight reducing medications.

You seem to be on multiple antidepressants, which would have led to this stage due to resistant symptoms, poor symptom control, etc. The medications do have the propensity to cause weight gain, so you need to discuss with your treating psychiatrist on how to manage the same. Good luck.
