Mam I am 30 year old women currently breastfeeding my second child who is 2 years old. Mam from past 7 years I am suffering from anxiety, panic disorder and depression. For the first 5 years I was taking nexito 20 mg which worked well to me. But during the sixth month of my second pregnancy it stopped working on me completely. And depression returned and it was very severe. My Dr. changed my med to sertraline 150 mg which I am on from past 2 years. My problem is my depression which is moderate now. Never goes away. It might go for few days, but again it returns. Whenever I speak with my Dr. She says to increase my dose to max, which is 200 mg. But it's such a high dose. I am scare to take it. What do I do? Will nexito never work for me again?

Medication respond and dose changes over a period of time. Based on what you have mentioned, you are likely having persistent depressive disorder. The dose whether high or low depends on the symptoms and treatment response. So keep working with your psychiatrist and try to achieve the best results. Good luck.
