Hello. I have a plan to increase my height to a few more inches. My height is 171cm. And 18 year old boy. And I'm doing exercises for 30mins daily.(stretching and hanging. My question is how much time should I workout each day? And please suggest me simple food items to promote my height. Because I have no good money to buy big food items. Currently I'm eating oats everyday. It has been five days I have been doing those things. Please give me the right advice.
