Good day Mr. lybrate-user. If your contact persons are negative with hiv then you will not 100% get hiv. But there is a good chance of getting other stds when you do not use protection. Hence its not suggestable to have mulptiple sexual partners yet a time and having unprotected sex as you are only 23 years old have somuch to see in life.
