Do periods cause tiredness or fatigue, especially at the age of 19 years? I have been experiencing such a thing very intensely from only a couple of months. Even though it used to occur previously too, I just started feeling it more during my late 18 years phase and now at the start of my 19 years phase. It also feels like I am fainting but it actually doesn't happen. My flow is right and hasn't observed much change and my periods are regular too. The only problem is that I am not able to get up from bed and to even able to sit for long time during, like previously, during the first 4 days of menstrual cycle. Everyone advises to workout during periods but I just am not able to get myself to walk during my periods.
