Hello sir. I am not sure how you diagnosed perianal abscess? If it's perianal abscess you need antibiotics and good hygiene otherwise it may develop in to a fistula. Please take private congratulations with any Dr. of your choice. Anal intercourse can cause other stis. Thanks.
