Hello. I'm at hostel. And i'm 18 years old. This is first experience at hostel. I feel somewhat depressed and I couldn't concentrate on my studies. If I study I couldn't remember those content properly. Can anyone suggest a solution for me? So that I can study really well and i'm a slow learner.

Avoid sitting alone for more time in your room. Choose good ones among the inmates as your close or intimate friends and open your mind with them// also go to your home in weekends ,if possible,/ and discuss your problems with relatives and accept some good advice ; //do yoga; pranayama ; meditation daily ; walk 2-3 kms at slow pace daily //. Make a good daily schedule of activities for you and try to obey that// .find some time for social activities and helping others around you who are underprivileged than you ---sit for little time with them and hear their stories ;; then ----find for yourself that you are very privileged and lucky .mobile if your problems continue --even after obeying the abovemobile ---kindly, meet a good psychiatrist--psychologist --psycho social worker team in a good govt/private big hospital nearby and get some counselling sessions etc --which will defenitely cure your problems ---- friend ---be smiling ---be happy --- be confident ---enjoy and live every minute of your life ---this journey of life in this beautiful world is very short ----leave away your negative mental energy like depression & fill your mind with happiness; love for others ; helping attitude and proceed to a new chapter of your life ----good luck -----ok.

Try to relax yourself -- exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
