Hi Sir, Actually I wish to build my body by using some protein powders & having some exercises in gym & i'm 22 years old about 57 kg weight & 5.9 height & my question is how using protein powder is helpful for me & is this good for my health & if I stop consuming & exercising after im getting my body is that harmful for my health please reply me a good suggestions sir.
Please note that you should consume enough of chicken and milk/banana daily so as to - there should not be requirement of any protein powder. Moreover its natural and your body can digest/metabolize it quickly.
If you are not getting enough food in your home or you are a professional then of course take protein powder.
You should take protein by eating cheese boiled eggs sprouts, milk curd, soya milk, soys cheese etc. This is good for your health. So you may assume the solution is to eat protein all day long. Not so fast. Say nutritionists. You should take protein by best food source.
