I have back pain since last 4 months. I never lift any weight and not slip any where but still pain is there please give best suggestions for my health and I have bone pains overall body give this problem solution also.

Back pain can be due to prolong sitting and poor posture when sitting walking sleeping etc you need to consult a physiotherapist to learn specific strengthening and stretching exs to improve pain and prevent recurring. Gud luck!
