7-8 mint in 1 cup leaves in one cup of water for 20-30 min and let it cool add 1 teaspoon honey to and a pinch of black pepper to the cooled mint water, have this 2-3 times a day. And morning walk is compulsory. And avoid non veg and more fatty and oily foods any queries msg me I send you regular diet chart.
