I'm 19 years M and suffering from pimples, acne, blackheads and Whiteheads on my face since 4 years it was not that severe in thE starting of 3 years but since one year its too severe I had try sebonac gel, acnelak soap, brevoxyl cream (benoyl peroxide) which were waste of time may I get any preventive measures to avoid breakouts.
