Actually my frnd 24 years old has symptoms of lower back, knee,feet, and hand pain. The pain is more at the end of day. I had to ride the bike for many hours few days back. After then it started. Last year I had lower back and knee pain and doctor diagnosed it osteoarthritis. Now doctor advice me to test for ra factor which came negative. So I don't understand what it is.
