Hi, Agam sharma, dhat rog peshab me dhat Jane ko or night me apne aap dhat nikal Jane ko bhi kehte hai. ye condition jub hoti hai jub hamari dhat bahut patili ho jati ho jiske karan WO apne aap nikalna shuru ho jati hai. iske kai karan hai. bahut zada hast methun kerne se bahut zada garam chize khane se, fast food, zada lene se, pani kam pine se. aise sabhi karano se dhat patli hone ke karan apne aap nikal na shuru ho jati hai. jiski wajah se body kamjor muscles or bones bhi weak ho jati hai. jisse body me kahi bhi bina kisi wajah ke dard shuru ho jata hai. iske liye aap ayurveda medicine use karo or apne khane pine ki aadat ko sudharo or agar aap hast methun kerte hai to uss aadat ko chodo.

I am 67 years old last two to three months I am getting spinal pain early in the morning after rest/ sleep in the night as the sun rises or exercise it will reduce considerably. I had consulted orthopaedic surgeon treatment such as Kinedol GF, Rekool D, Maxgalin 50, corn G but its of no use. Kindly advise.

Lack of detail of your history of pain in your question. Take an x ray for better diagnosis. Back pain have many reason. Most common due to poor posture, injury, sudden thrust, etc. Maintain your posture. Avoid forward bending and heavy weight lifting. Use flexion regimen of exercises. Use hot formentation. It's due to heavy exercises caused hernia issues along with disc lesions, take rest, exercises and medications to support the nerves.

Did you take any diagnosis like x ray or else. If not then First of all you need to take an x ray of spine, and don't do massage. You need to correction in your posture. Going for a physiotherapist he can observe your prob and give you perfect relief in this problem. And also with them take neuro forte caps, polytos caps, and q 10 capsule twice a day.
