I am suffering from laryngopharyngeal acid reflux from last 1.5 years and day by day it is getting severe. Medical treatment does not work out. Kindly suggest me what can I do for relief permanent ly?

Laryngo pharyngeal reflux --permanent relief depends on your lifestyle adjustments --mainly.-----medical treatment can give you relief of your symptoms --but when you go back to your careless life and food style --it usually comes back-- the lifestyle changes advised are-- mainly - food -- take fresh green and other vegetables as salads and carrot juice etc -- 200 gm twice daily // drink 12-14 glasses of clean water daily //if you are not diabetic -- take fresh fruits -- 100 gm twice daily // take easily digestible fresh carbohydrate rich ;whole cereal-rich ;ethnic food --- small quantities ---at frequent intervals ---// take dinner by 7 pm daily // avoid alcohol ; smoking ; junk food---fast food ; fried ,oily food ; pastries ; parotta ; colas; over the counter drugs etc. //restrict dinner /lunch parties; food festivals and control your food at marriage ceremonies etc.// sleep for 8 hours daily // do mild exercise; yoga; pranayama ; meditation -- 30 minutes daily // avoid strenuous exercise ; work in extreme hot or cold atmosphere // make strict daily routine for food; work ; bath ; exercise ; play ; entertainment ; passing urine ; stools etc. And obey it // develop positive mental energy by smiling ; helping others ; enjoying ; cracking jokes etc.// decrease negative mental energy by decreasing fear ; ego; anxiety ; depression ; jealousy ; anger etc.-- by being little philosophical about our life // have regular check-up and use of medicines as your gastroenterologist prescribes // if you believe in god pray for some time -everyday.
