Hello doctor, my age is 21 and weight is 47. I had loosed weight from 53 to 47. I am having pain in the lower abdomen since 2 years. I had consulted a gastroenterologist a year ago, he did a colonoscopy. The test results were completely normal. But, during test I have noticed that at the end of large intestine, there is ulcer formed around 4 cm with red in colour. He did a biopsy by taking sample over there ! after, test result he told me that the results were normal and you got that ulcer for some other reason which is unpredictable. He suggested me that I have to use lifelong medicines, I have used around 5 months and from 3 months I am not using the medicine. But, I am getting savior pain in my small intestine located area frequently. After I had lunch, around 4: 00 clock to 7: 00 I am experiencing pain. And during night time after meal it is very paining. Please please suggest me medicine and guide me on how can I resolve this issue with suggestions like food diet and all. I am very thankful.
