I am feeling low and negative almost all the time. I am trying to be positive and use to take complete sleep or try to overcome negativeness by watching movies, but still unable to overcome negativeness and feel very depressed. Kindly suggest me how to overcome my negativeness and depressive feelings.

Hello lybrate-user, change yourself. Unless and until you change your thoughts nothing can help you. For that be confident in you. Be sure of your abilities and your weak points. Negative thoughts come out of your poor self confidence and your fear to life. Don't get feared, your life is in you, put maximum effort to come forward.
