My b12 level was low 49 and mcv was 102 (72 -92) before 3 month I took 3ooo mcg of b12 im injection and after 3 month I again examined my serum level it is 357 and mcv is 97.6 (80 -98) my energy level is down I feel so weak tingling and numbness in hand and leg. I need to take folic acid?
