Hi, I am 27 years old female and having pain at my backbone tail end point. I fell on stairs since then it's been gently paining. I met a doctor and he suggested for X-ray, I got that but there was nothing X-ray report. Everything is fine. Doctor tole me that it's due to lack of calcium. It's been approx 1 year now but still pain is there. please suggest.

Hello, avoid high heels strictly & junk foods. 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR.
