I am a very sr. Level executive in india's top 10 companies. Due to some particular medicine for thyroid treatment and for almost 6 months very hectic schedule & disturbed life style, un-controlled diet, my tsh had gone upto 80 (from a regular level of around 3) and weight increased from 89 to 96 kg. Now I am on 150 mg thyroxin tab and some what better control on diet etc. Please Advice how to reduce flab and bring down weight back to less than 90 kg. I have sugar also. I am 63 yrs old. I leave for office at 6.45 in morning and return home by around 8.30 pm. There is 3 hrs travel time (morning & evening together) and 9-9.5 hrs of desk working with some 10-12 days of no. Of tours in between in a month. Only 2 saturdays are off. Please Tell me how you can help me to keep fit.
